Tell Us What You Know

Only know the name on the grave? Not sure of the location? That’s fine. We’ll find it — or you’ll get a full refund.

Step 3

You Get a Personal Care Manager

Your dedicated manager:

• Confirms all the details
• Coordinates with cemetery staff when needed
• Assigns your trained local specialist
• Keeps you updated

Step 4

The Visit Is Scheduled & Completed

We will do the job as promptly as possible. Weather conditions and cemetery access can affect the schedule. Your Care Manager will keep you informed.

The caretaker will perform:

• A full inspection
• Cleaning and/or restoration
• Photo documentation

Receive Your Photo Report

You receive a full report with before/after photos and notes. The photos are yours to share with family and friends.

And you can always pause or cancel anytime.
